What is the target number of subscribers DAZN needs in order to break even? They need at least 500K just to pay for Canelo's contract.

Depends on the contract and what mitigating circumstances they put in to make it possible for him not to fight. He can also choose to retire and I'd be shocked if his retirement as a way out wasn't stipulated in the contract.

                great...yay lil g!

hes going to get a 3rd fight with canelo and get whooped even worse this time...I think sanchez might even end up stopping....then golovkin fans will cry and make even more excuses ...cant wait!

could have had good fights with lara, hurd and charlo.....

golovkins resume most likely will remain a joke

Can't stand the hate here. Good luck to GGG. He comes to fight and doesn't take a back step. You can only wish him the best and congratulate him on his success (and possibly as a promoter in years to come).

yeah, no way he fights six times unless it's against cans. his fights left are a finite resource, the guy is not the same fighter he was even 2-3 years ago. none of these deals are guaranteed. you think they'll be paying him eight figures if he loses 3 fights in a row? of course not, he will get cut.

They have not come in to the US market to corner fight sports. They have come in to the US market to dominate sports. Look at the other countries they are active in. Fight sports are their loss leading entry in to the market. Which is great for the fighters.
