Andy Ruiz, if he can keep his fitness together (he'll never be body beautiful, but if he can keep things under 240lbs, great for him) and prove he can fight, has the chance to be a new-age Chris Arreola; SoCal heavyweight star, with the chance to feature in heavyweight title shots when he gets them, but still fight on the California shows as long as he performs.Comment

Eddie already said he maybe goes elsewhere ,the move doesn't effect Hearn at all he's not contracted to DAZN or Matchrrom . Whats with all the female wilder fans on here ? I never seen a fan base obsessed with promotions and who's going to lose out on money ,this and that ..and you have another thread on here thinking they've debunked furys 100 million contract when Arum has already said it wasn't true but in the same video they don't believe Arum when he says wilder doesn't need to sign to ESPN to fight fury and argued it for 100's of posts but ignored that entire part of the video last week ? .HaComment

Who you think he fighting next? I figure Parked or Whyte assuming TR/espn closes that deal. I mean that's a in house fight what Bob loves best. For the kind of money there paying him going to have to be someone that can generate #$. Whyte has some power but he's not that great of a boxer. I think furys boxing would do well against Whytes style. Who else is Fury gonna fight?Comment

It doesn't.
Still, Whyte now gets his own show (ESPN+ in the US, likely BT Sport in the UK), while likely fighting Fury in a big fight in the UK (BT Sport Box Office in the UK, and I have no idea if Arum is willing to bet ESPN PPV).
Whyte punches hard, is aggressive, and can knock guys out; Arum will put the bodies in front, and hope that ESPN can hype the knockouts of TBAs into something.
Whyte pockets a few bucks, hopes to catch Fury with something, and if he can't, hope to keep on as a world guy that can KO TBAs on other cards.Comment

If Parker's deal is done, he may get the call. If not, Arum waits on that too, and we likely see Fury vs Jennings or worse.
Arum thought that he could use Fury as bait to now lock up Deontay Wilder, but it looks like that won't work.Comment

I see what's going on here. I think Bob is going to have Whyte challenge Wilder for the title if Wilder successfully defends the belt against Brezeale. THEN if Whyte beats Wilder it'll be Fury vs Whyte in the UK which will be a huge fight and Bob will keep that belt in house. But if Wilder defeats Whyte it'll finally set up the long awaited rematch of Fury and Wilder next year in 2020.
Just a thought lolComment
