I don't believe he does. If Wilder does I'd assume his recent public comments about being a free agent would have gotten a "not so quick Deontay" response from Espinoza.

Its unclear to me if Haymon has some deal, handshake or contractual, with his fighters or Showtime that ultimately results in the biggest names being unable to do business with outside parties without some extra layer of approval doe. Never heard of anything like that so purely speculating, but it definitely seems like there is an inner circle of PBC guys who are more like promoter linked fighters option-wise cuz its as rare for them to fight off PBC platforms as it'd be for Bud or Loma to fight off TR friendly platforms.

And personnally with the bad faith (I feel) history with this Wilder/Hearn sh^t I kinda feel like a one fight deal for Joshua with rematch terms in place if needed is what Hearn should really be offering right now.

Or if there is a longer term deal it should be done via DAZN not Hearn since that relationship has been volatile.

And I have zero faith in Bob offering Wilder the money to make the Wilder vs Fury II fight. Bob is a known tightwad & I'm sure he's pissed the media keep saying he's paying Fury $100M or $20M per fight. There is no f#cking way he's paying Fury that much.
      60-40. For the Joshua fight.
Stop trying to build a strawman. Hearn isn’t even trying to sign him to any kind of promotional agreement. It’s just to host wilder on DAZN for the first fight, and then for wilder to sign 60-40 as he would in a regular fight with AJ, with a rematch clause. Asking to see the what the numbers are is just posturing. There are no strings attached.

It’s a good offer, and wilder not accepting or discussing it just shows the foolishness of wilder and his team. Either that or wilder is ducking. You are just posturing cos you don’t want to admit that to yourself.

If there were problems with the numbers, wilder and finkel would have broadcasted it by now. The only reason they aren’t considering the offer is because “Hearn is a liar doe. Don’t believe anything he says doe.”

Sounds like a promotional offer to me. If not then DAZN for sure should be the one offering a deal to Wilder. You don't need a promoter to fight on a platform you just need a deal with the platform.

I think the problem is Wilder's side (rightly imo) feel Hearn has done too much posturing already hence this being such a volitale situation.

Either that or wilder is ducking.
The use of the word "ducking" in any negotiation talk between fighters by a fan always informs me someone is biased or doesn't understand how negotiations work or tactics people use in negotiations.

wilder doenst want to fight on joshuas card because then he wouldnt be able to pick and pay the judges. just like joshua didnt want to fight on wilders card. we saw how that paid off in the fury fight for wilder and against ortiz when the judges somehow had him up and gave him a nice little rest when he was nearly ko'd but didnt afford the same rest to ortiz when he was hurt. control is more important than money because control is money long term

When Joshua vs Wilder happens judges won't be needed so I tend to doubt that. I lean towards Joshua winning by KO, but if Wilder wins it'll be by KO too. These guys have limited options to win & enough flaws to be both get KO'd.

This is true & for sure a thing thats underdiscussed, misunderstood & misrepresented by fans.

Haymon has the exclusive right to arrange and approve any fights involving his fighters. He doesn't sign his fighters to individual network deals, but instead signs his stable to network deals. It gives Haymon the flexibility to allow fighters to fight elsewhere in specific circumstances that make sense, but with Wilder, it doesn't make sense to have him fight elsewhere unless they're getting something in return.

This isn't just to protect PBC, this is also to protect Wilder himelf. If he goes and takes a one off on DAZN or ESPN and loses, he has no recourse to rehab his career. If he loses in PBC, he knows he can easily get a rematch, be rebuilt, etc.

If you look at how often Haymon A-sides fight Arum A-sides, it's pretty clear Wilder/Fury 2 is pretty much ****ed.

He should go with DAZN but he never will. He will stay with the same team until he retires. He is not very smart. He is very rich but with better management he could be richer.

Wilder received multi-fight offers from both Top Rank and Matchroom (to fight on DAZN), but he’s rebuffed those deals at the moment and his next fight is slated to be aired by Showtime, per sources.
                    https://www.******.com/555634-deonta...nic-breazeale/

For his next fight he will at least fight on SHO and isn't signing a deal with DAZN or ESPN. If he gets past Breazeale, he can create a bidding war between ESPN and DAZN for his services next.

Question that I asked last time, but will this fight against Breazeale be on regular SHO or SHO PPV?

The Breazeale vs wilder fight will be on PPV, its projected to break records as well. Most likely it does around 10 million viewers at least at a price of $86.11 cents. Wilder will become the A side and command over the world.
