AJ vs Klitschko stands out for AJ while Wilder vs Ortiz and Wilder vs Fury stands out for Wilder, these are facts that Wilder had 2 Fight of the Year contenders in one year against solid opposition while also have a Knockout of the year contender and would’ve had 2 if that corrupt ref Jack Reiss would’ve did his job and signaled an end for an unconscious fighter!

Given where fury was at going into that fight, the outcome may be more improbable, but aj vs wlad was the most exciting hw fight in years at that point and started to bring life back to a division that felt dead.

TS had obviously just been tuning in in the HW division recently like most casuals.
