what you shhhmokkin
As an English boxing fan who actually loves all 3 top boxers I disagree completely with the 1st mention on this regarding Joshua and Wilder opponents.
First off Joshua fought a few top undefeated boxers in Parker...Whyte,,,,Breazedale....these 3 were top heavyweights....all 3 still top eight ranked.
Then we can argue he fought povetkin and klit who may have been slightly past best.
I see Wilder as the biggest 1 punch ko of alltime but ability in the ring is awful...Ortiz schooled Wilder till old age set in and Fury outboxed him....
Wilders opponents are limited at best bar these 2...I aint taking nothing from wilder as punch wise he is sensational but his actual opponents v Joshua do NOT stack up...
If these guys fight it is a 5050...I see Joshua fighting the Parker tactics again behind a jab and Wilder swinging for the heavens getting out boxed completely...
I am speaking here as a neutral as I honestly love both these guys but silly posts saying Wilder had 2 and Josh 1 shows you are limited .
Fury is awkward and is not a puncher....but Joshua has the skill set with power and had Fury been a power puncher this fight would have ended early...Ortiz and fury both showed he is easy to outbox and out point....yet Joshua will ****...
My only slight issue with Joshua is he has no head movement and if he gets caught it will be square on with a massive side temple hit and if this lands it will be game over ..interesting replies guys ....but lets keep it real when posting not a ridiculous post like thisComment

What do you mean by Wilder has the upper hand over Joshua? I get you are saying he is winning in exciting fights by the score of 2 to 1 but in what sense does Wilder have an upper hand? Having 1 more exciting fight than Joshua puts him in a better position how?Pure entertainment value and excitement, fights that kept you at the edge of your seat Wilder has the upper hand in my opinion
Joshua vs Klitscko was a great fight
Wilder vs Ortiz was great and
Wilder vs Fury
I'm not a fan of either guy, this is my unbiased assessment so far
Joshua could roll right over Ortiz and Fury easy and then what? Its still 2-1 to Wilder? Still got the upper hand?Comment

So Ortiz is more competitive than the likes of Povetkin, Whyte and Parker? If so, who exactly is it that he's beaten in order to prove it? Because in all fairness, until he gets a decent scalp on his record, I'm not even sure that he's any more competitive than the likes of Chisora and Takam, yet alone any of the aforementioned names. Get outta here with this bs.Last edited by Wasteman1990; 03-02-2019, 05:15 PM.Comment

Youre right. I thought it was a boring fight bar fury getting up from a heavy knockdown. I cant think of many exciting exchanges or action, it was just wilder swinging wildly and getting jabbed. Fought at a slow tempo too.Comment

They both had exciting fights , there's to many beer goggles and fan boys here. Joshua had exciting moments and competitive fights showing real skill against relevant fighters. Wilder struggled in fights Joshua's would never have and that made for also competitive fights . Joshua's fights are way more suited to watch if you actually like boxing though. lolComment
