If the Crawford would've beaten Spence or if Mikey beats Spence then they'd have a strong case too. Canelo if he beats Jacobs has a chance too. Lomachenko's opposition unfortunately isn't on that level yet but I don't know. As far as Ward's concerned I'm not so sure, he had a good run and a couple of good wins but fighter of tge decade? I don't know man, I personally wouldn't vote for it.
I understand the Floyd Mayweather nomination and to be perfectly honest I think he clearly deserves it, however it's not good for the sport. The man has been retired for a long time and he doesn't need any shine. Let's give these young current fighters a chance.
Mike Rosenthal gets made by Hauser. Hauser is the head of the BWAA. Not sure why Rosenthal states “Sporting News” as if the conflict of interest isn’t apparent enough. It all gets decided by the Board of the BWAA. Undefeated means nothing, Pac’s récord in the 2000s proves this already.
