The only lie here is told by Espinoza who said they sent a "contract" in the original tweet. Furthermore at the time this actually happened Hearn's response from recollection was 'ok let's meet and discuss' to which Finkle refused unless they agreed to the offer, which stinks of a PR move.

How can you agree to something like this without discussing? It would have been like Top Rank offering Floyd $500 million during his Showtime contract and saying...we have the money but you have to agree before a meeting...it's juvenile and unrealistic, they were trying to bully the A-side who had contractual obligations...because he's an actual star.

Now I'm an AJ fan, and I don't think Hearn handled everything like a gentleman, I do feel like Hearn and Shelley Finkel were largely responsible for tanking the fight. I think Hearn constantly disrespecting him made it personal for Finkel and that created animosity between the camps, so both sides are to blame. I also have to admit that at the time it was happening I did think Hearn ducked the fight, I personally thought it was 2 fights premature, a winnable fight, but if AJ polished up a bit more, he would increase his chances greatly. Now I'm starting to think Wilders camp was equally hesitant, and Wilder used the post Ortiz press conference to create a false perception (maybe also emotional after a big win) and then when Hearn and Joshua actually came to the negotiating table...Haymon, Finkel etc prob didn't want it right away

Anyway a lot of this is opinion and conjecture whatever your point of view is.. you need to stop letting this ruin your life. AJ is here to stay, and quite frankly he's prob gonna fight Wilder and Fury, and beat them both (I don't say that lightly) so you should get used to him and Hearn tbh. No one likes a hater.
