It's like Tyson Fury - he's beaten a poor Wlad and nobody else, unless you count Chisora who isn't that great. Let's be honest

Wilder beat Ortiz and Stiverne in what 40 fights?

They are all pathetic. No wonder so many boxers these days have unbeaten records. To be great you have to fight great fighters
You can say that about any HW in history, often times ATG champions lost to nobodies, these guys haven't.

Lewis got cold clocked by Rahman and stopped by McCall.

Ali got put down by 188lb Henry Cooper a guy the size of Tony Bellew. Imagine if Bellew put down a full fledged HW champion like AJ or Wilder.

Foreman got dropped and lost to Jimmy Young.

    Tyson lost to Douglas.

    etc.

        • I just finally had time to watch this fight. 273? If Stiverne showed up in decent shape around 245 I think this fight could have been must harder for Joyce. Stiverne was gassed after the 1st round & he landed some decent counter punches like I said he would but man he was simply too big & out of shape yet he still landed clean overhand rights & left hooks. Too bad he couldn’t follow anything up because of his killer whale eating habits at the buffet. Joyce takes a decent shot but Stiverne was not conditioned to throw those quick counters followed by combinations that he once was capable of doing. Wilder ruined this guy. He used to have a great chin but inactivity & lack of conditioning fast tracked his decline. This was not some great performance by Joyce in my opinion. Joyce gets hit way too much. With that being said Joyce is in great shape & has a good engine. He throws a lot of punches & has a variety of punches in his arsenal. He is definitely on the cusp of some big fights but he may have to clean up the defence. He reminds me of a HW version of Juan Diaz coming up. A high volume puncher who overwhelms his opponents with sheer activity. I had the same things to say about him. What happens when he gets countered by a big puncher or a technically sound fighter who can follow up on those counters? Joyce is fun to watch but it will be interesting to see how he deals with the next level of fighter as Stiverne is a 40 year old former champion who doesn’t train.
