Yes that's what p4p means and I don't have my own ranking because it's too subjective. Crawford been moving up clearing out division while Spence barely scratch the only division he's been in. No fault of his own but it is what it is. I was just telling you why Crawford is rated so highly. His resume is pretty suspect but you can't deny what he accomplish.
