Funny how the Spence haters are ripping him for fighting Mikey. Spence didn’t ask for it, he simply said yes. These same people would be saying Errol was scared of Mikey and avoiding tough fights if he turned it down. Lose, lose situation. And quit mentioning Thurman’s name, he wants no part of Spence. Guaranteed Thurman fights Manny next. He won’t even mention Spence’s name anymore.

If he really wants that kind of consideration then IMHO he needs to KO Mikey, then beat Crawford this summer, then beat Canelo before the year is over. And to do all that, he probably has to willingly lose at the negotiating table

He is no 1 in welterweight, pound for pound Lomachengko is no 1, you need to beat atleast 1 bigger guy to be p2p no 1 instead of fighting two small guys like Garcia and Crawford.

I just realized he is older than Canelo (a few months, but still). And Crawford of course is 31.

WTF is it with Spence and Crawford acting like they're 22 year old pups. They should be given us great fights at least 2x a year at this point.
