No, please do not allow the media to affect scoring. I do, however, like the idea that a draw vacates the title. That is logical.

Most buildings dont even have a 13 floor button listed in the elevator.

I Iike the 4th judge idea. But HELL no on the media. Anyone that blows them off or gives them a bad interview itbwill be in their cards. And ones that warships them will get more love.
I agree with your points. I like the idea of an extra round, except for the fact that that fighters might cool down too much waiting for the scores to be tallied and announced, which could be dangerous. Still, it would make for a pretty exciting finish to title fights. As far as the superstition goes, let's just call it Round 14 then.

If the judges have the fight a draw then they could draw straws to see who is the winner. After all it is a DRAW.

Tired fighters take progressively worse beatings as the fight progressives, so I can see a legitimate reason for 12 rounds verses 15. As mentioned earlier though if the fight is a draw after 12 rounds, fight a 13th round or even a 14th round if necessary. With a ten point must system of scoring the 13th round should decide the fight.

I know that in my case you are right. Floyd Mayweather is a good example. Floyd was a fantastic fighter but I didn't like him as a fighter )too much defensive) and always pulled against him. I know Deontay Wilder is not the best boxer around but he is entertaining and he is a Southerner (USA) as am I, so I'm always pulling for him. AJ is an entertaining fighter and because of that I'd pull for him over Fury (but not Wilder). The truth is we are indeed drawn toward personalities and not just the sport.

Better yet what about releasing the score before the 12th but only if its close. Then get one hell of a last round. And if they dont release them one or both fighters should go all out for a KO!

Can you imagine telling Canelo and GGG its tied. Now who ever wins this round wins the fight. Or GGG your down by two. I need you to put this red head on his ass....or vice versa.

13 rounds is the obvious way to go. While this doesn't mean a few of those fights won't or can't be draws, it will be minimised. It's also a nice compromise between 12 and 15 rounds. 12 may be one too few, and an extra 3 rounds a bit too many in today's sport.

In the event of draw in a 12 round championship fight, why not make them fight three more rounds to make it 15 rounds like championship fights used to be?

I mean the night of the fight.

Nobody should know who the judges are until like an hour before the fight.

9 out of the last 10 draws I can recall were BS draws to begin with, with promoters hands in the cookie jar. The problem is not draws, the problem is corruption.
