Provide me a list of Mexican Champions pre-suliman and see if you have had more champs then the Philippines back then.

Boxing has it's casual filipino fans as well as hard core fans regardless of Pacquiao. Offcourse Pacquiao is going to make Pinoys care more about boxing and bring in the casual fan that prolly will nuthug not knowing anything other than Pac. Either way its good for boxing. Boxing needs that boost. Morales/Barrera brought in the Mexicans, Pacquiao brought in the Pinoys, Hatton/Calzaghe brought in the English. Casual or die hard we need more fans in the sport. If any other boxer can give boxing a needed boost than he is good for the sport. Hell Naz was good for the sport even though I hated his ass I miss the dude.

Chavez was past his prime when Oscar beat him, who the **** cares. And we dont consider him a ****ing god like Filipinos consider their ***** Pacquiao, We just think JCC is a ****ing legend, wether you like it or not we really dont give a ****. You dont know **** about boxing, JCC aint the only Mexican fighter that was good.. Ever heard of Finito Lopez? Bobby Chacon? Danny Little Red Lopez? **** ***** the list goes on, you expect every fighter to be undefeated, go watch another sport if your ***got ass dont like people to brawl, you rather watch ***** hitting ***gots like Ruiz and Hatton LOL!!!! haha!!
            lmfao.....Finito is another great....but that's it..
I don't hate Mexicans, I just think most of them are a bunch of ****tards as has been shown on here. They all like to worship Chavez. A fighter can brawl, that is ok, but the Mexicans can't fight for **** against boxers.

Morales got exposed like a little girl when he fought Raheem.

"He wouldn't stand still and let me hit him!"

I'm sorry Mr. Morales, this isn't Mexico. LMFAO.
Also, I never said Mexico never had legends, it's just that they have only had 2 in Finito and Sanchez...

            Chavez a legend MY ASS....
            Got so many ****ing gifts...

once again, Miguel canto, dude had like little to none punching power but had so much boxing skills he'd still dominate the fight clearly.

                I'm sorry to say but...

                Chavez is not a legend...

He does NOT deserve to be remembered with the likes of:

Hagler, SR Leonard, B. Leonard, Duran, Hearns, Pepp, Whitaker, Saddler, Louis, Ali, J. Johnson, Benitez, Gomez, Sanchez, Frazier, Foreman, Robinson, etc.

                  Miguel Cotto is Puerto Rican.
                  I didn't say Latinos...I said MEXICANS.

Puerto Rico >>>>> Mexico in boxing..

EDIT: I thought you were talking about Miguel Cotto.

As a matter of fact, let me start your list, Mexico's first champion ever was featherweight by the name of Baby Arizmendi who became a champ on 1934. He actually beat a Pinoy by the name of speedy Dado via decision.

Pancho Villa won the title in 1922, 12 years before Baby Arizmendi. You said Pancho Villa ******, here are the records for both

                    Panch Villa - 73wins 5losses 22Ko's 4 draws
                    Baby Arizmendi - 71wins 26losses 13ko's 13 draws

So not only did the Philippines have a champ before Mexico, he was also much better as the record would indicate. So your contention that Pancho Villa ****** is bull ****.
