Dude stop. This is his first real fight over an hour away from home. Even still this is only happening because the planned fight at home didn't work out.

Any fighter who refuses to fight in the US against an opponent of American nationality, and more, promoted by the PBC, is justified. The corruption there stinks. Ask Fury

        Fat, slow and feather fisted.

I guess we can be thankful he's not 40 years old like AJs typical opponents.

That's exactly how I see it.

But he's going to take plenty of them trying to walk into Joshua. If the power doesn't get him, the volume will.

I see it similar to Shannon Briggs against Lennox Lewis. He'll put on a bit of a show, and might show his courage, but eventually he'll just take too many punches trying to get in range.

The question is whether he can do something before it becomes too much. I'd be shocked if we saw a seventh round either way.

No need to lie Hearn. If you were concerned, this fight wouldn't happen now. I still like this match up more than Whyte because they haven't fought yet. Yeah, I blame them for turning down 50 million but Miller is acceptable for anyone right now. Besides the top 3 (Fury,Wilder,AJ) we need these guys to fight one another. Ortiz, Whyte, Miller,Pulev, Povetkin, Parker, Kownacki should be fighting each other to determine who is worthy.

We got AJ-Miller, Fury -Wilder, Whyte-Breazeale lined up. Id like to see the following be made like, RIGHT NOW!

            Ortiz-Pulev
            Usyk-Povetkin
            Kownacki-Parker
            O.Rivas-Helenius
            Hrgovic-C.Martin
            Joyce-Hughie Fury
            Kabayel-M.Hunter
            Kuzmin-Ruiz Jr

            I can dream right!

Wilder already ko'd a UK star on UK soil. AJ is the homebody, but for once, I agree with Hearn. What if AJ is a home built stiff robot?

Unlike many on here I think it is a risky fight. An undefeated 315 pound guy who throws over twice as many punches on average per round as AJ and usually wins by KO and has a great chin seems like a risk to the champ to me.

Millers tactical mindset is to stay close & punch away at a heavybag thats barely swinging, he's never had to deal with any competent opponent with footwork. Millers shuffling skills are pretty much non-existent - b'cuz he's never even thought about needing it as a main part of his repertoire ...Cutting off the ring against Joshua can only have him tripping over himself while eating blows.

Joshuas gonna destroy him with RANGE as he jabs him to infinity, the same something Jeff Lacey had to embarrassing deal with the very 1st time against Calzaghe. Joshuas sledgehammer blows will make Miller feel like he shouldve always addressed AJ's moms as "Mrs. Joshua"....with respect..

Miller has had absolutely no skillful enough opponent to help him deal with the likes of a fundamentally sound PED fueled (I believe) Joshua.... Hearn gets paid lovely to act like Joshuas in a real fight, he initially RAN AWAY FAST from Wilders challenge in the US, so the next BIG THING (Millers belly) is to get Joshuas ZOMBIE CREW on board with his DENSE promoter talk.....hopefully Lennox speaks up soon.....50 (yrs old) could very well be the new 40, but "FAT" will never be the new physically fit....that we can be sure of...

Miller doesn't have any big names on his resume; the best opponents are fringe contenders and gatekeepers (Wach, Duhaupas, Adamek, Washington) and he didn't really blow any of them out.

That being said, I think Miller is a bit of an unknown risk for AJ. We don't really know how good of a chin he has but what happens of he's still there throwing punches in bunches in the middle and late rounds? Can AJ's gas tank handle that?

Still going with AJ but I wouldn't be surprised if Miller gives him some drama in the ring.
