Crawford IS A PAPER CHAMPION because he does not face challenging opponents therefore he is a paper champion. I dont care how many divisions hes "cleaned out".

When your 31 and your claim to fame is beating Jeff horn and you parade around like your the P4P King, youre a paper champ!
Right ok I'll try and say it clearer for you to understand.

Yes the WBA is a recognised world title, absolutely. But it is just that, a belt. Maidana held the WBA title but was never the actual Champion at the weight. I.e he held a title. A paper champion.

You are aware that Crawford held all of the belts at 140 lbs right? The WBA, WBO, WBC and IBF all at the same time? You can't hold ALL the belts at the same time and be a paper champion. Those two things cannot coexist it's impossible.

Maidana was a paper champion. Crawford was not. That's just factual I'm afraid.

porter, thurman and garcia have all fought each other...mikey and spence about to fight each other

They don't want to fight him. That's my point.

You can when your competition is as soft as crawfords.

Collecting titles against weak asss undersized opposition is a PAPER CHAMPION.

Maidana won a belt. He was a belt holder, not the champion. He also lost by shut-out to Alexander, got beaten by the man Crawford will soon dismantle and lost to Kotelnik fair and square and Postol would generally be considered to be superior to Kotelnik.

One could argue Crawford beating the #1, 2 & 3 at 135 and then being undisputed at 140 all whilst barely losing rounds in addition to claiming 2014 fighter of the year were more significant than winning a trinket off Horn.

You can only fight what's available and Crawford has torched everything available and then moved up. Resume isn't just names its also accomplishments.

Suggesting Maidana is better than Crawford is insane. Nobody is calling Crawford an all-time great. It's far too soon. He's still trying to get the fights but he's a damn good fighter and there's very few alive that currently do it better than him.

              No really, it's not.

I don't know how I can make it easier for you to understand at this point.

Porter, Thurman, Spence, Mikey, Danny, etc were all available to him but HE DECIDED to resign with bob arum to continue his cherry picking top rank diet of undersized and outgunned opponents.

Of course hes torching everything available to him LMFAO look at his resume. All the other top rated welters would be torching it too with his resume.

We can agree to disagree then. But Enjoy crawford beating up on D level competition for the next 5 years under bob arum

Danny was offered the fight and turned it down hence why he's fighting Khan. The fights can happen with willingness on both sides. Thurman doesn't sound like he wants to fight him and Spence doesn't seem to want to either.

I like Danny Garcia but he did avoid Postol whilst he was his mandatory lets face it.
