No, he's looking out for his fighter's best interests. Why rush Davis into a fight when he hasn't even hit his prime? Against a P4P fighter who is in his prime and looking unbeatable? Where is the common sense? They can make the fight when Tank is ready, not when he's at a disadvantage.

Why. He is telling the truth. The Loma fight is right there in Front of Tank and it's a big money fight but Mayweather doesn't want to take the risk. Loma was fighting at 126 not long ago so he is not bigger than Tank.

its not as if floyd ever avoided any prime fighter, eh oh wait

tank had his chance to fight him at 130 and didnt take it so whats another few years now, build tank up and the other guy wont be so hot, then fight him, easy

Tank is 24. He's got all the time in the world. Floyd doesn't feel pressure to rush his guy because Loma is getting old and desperate to prove himself. He's doing what is best for his fighter.

Besides who the **** is Loma? What has he accomplished that should have fighters lining up to take him on. He's more hype than substance. I don't even feel comfortable calling Loma the lower weight class version of GGG. GGG would at least beat the **** out of bums and journeymen while Loma gets knocked down and losses to those mother****ers

The pressure of dealing with Top Rank and Arum isn't worth it.

fighting loma right now isnt going to be easy to make...and its not like it does for davis what fighting floyd did for canelo...not even close

AJ is waiting wilder out....canelo waited golovkin out a bit....but that just made sense....canelo already had a better resume than golovkin and was still just a kid really.....davis can wait another year or so and its still a juicy fight
Yeah there's no rush to make good match ups, lets just enjoy watching him beat bums and mma fighters for a few years to minimise any risk of a loss. Thats what real hardcore boxing fans support.
