There was no contract because Hearn and AJ never agreed to the offer. Wilder agreed to the offer and terms and received a contract with missing info. Pretty simple if you ask me. Why would someone have a lawyer right up a contract if they have yet to agree to an offer.

They agreed to the offer (Ok let’s roll), There was no contract. There was no sit down because they refuse it and said it would be non productive. They didn’t even need to write up a contract, all they need to do is write up what was on offer, that wasn’t even done. This is why education is important.
