The APP is not doing well. No body wants to pay $50 a year to split boxing even further. And then have the price go up to PPV rates to make up the profit margins.

In the end subscribing to all theseindividual apps will cost more than cable and offer less value, flexibility and options.

light heavyweights, and boxing fans should have been
excited about it. Thurman drew significantly more on FOX
while fighting a fringe contender.
Don't believe the hype.
ESPN and top Rank are a desolate sinking ship.
Top Rank has backed themselves into a corner, and they
cannot manufacture what appear to be quality opponents
for their stars fast enough. Except at 175-lbs,
They got nobody for their biggest names to face.
Is anybody in their right mind interested in paying to see
Crawford destroy Khan on PPV?
That should be included with your $5 ESPN+ subscription.

Boxing has a real good shot at approaching another golden age if promoters and networks can work out fights. Honestly, with ESPN, DAZN (which I sold short and am glad I was wrong about), and the PBC on Fox and Showtime, the eyeballs watching boxing are sky high. The only thing that could slow things down are top fights not happening.

1 million would be good for premium cable like HBO or Showtime.
