Margarito's beat down of Cotto was worse.

It would be if it weren't for the beating that Margarito had to absorb in order to hurt Cotto. Pacquiao didn't have to get his head pummeled all night to beat down Cotto. Pacquiao's beatdown of Cotto dwarfs Margarito"s beatdown of Cotto....,unless you give Margarito credit for beating Cotto's fists with his face.

Pac knocked him down twice and just outclassed him.

Marg took a lot of damage to get that victory.

        Pac's beatdown was worse.

One got him on the scales the other with concrete, Cotto avenged the cheat beating and tried to avenge the other but Manny wanted another CW to fight him again, I dont understand Manny wanting JMM at 147, Cotto at at 145, Margo at 150 and Mosley at 147 when he came off a draw after ducking him when Shanes KOed Margarito, and Shane was begging Manny willing to go to 144, Roach said your to good of a fighter and Cotto was damaged goods.

But yeah Cotto got skrewed a few times.

Marg’s beating was worse and career altering..it was also first so there’s that.

Chocolatito got put into a coma.

Paul Williams died with his eyes open vs Sergio

Pac himself looked like he died vs JMM.

All those are worse than Cotto who did get quite the ass whoopin..but at least he remembers it.

Cotto already wanted to move up to 154 during Jennings. It is Cotto’s fault for betting his drainage against PAC. Pac’s significant late weight wins were catchweights. Good for PAC. But Roach cried to industry that if Cotto weighed 146 he’d cancel the fight. They knew Cotto was at the tip of Welterweight.

If in theory Cotto’s style was easy for PAC, then another Mega Fight would’ve happened EASILY AT A CATCHWEIGHT for the 154 belt. Margarito is no Cotto. The fact that Arum was able to salvage Margarito from being banned from boxing has me to believe Margo’s handlers were doing shady things for several fights.

PAC could’ve fought Cotto in rematches at 154-155 and could’ve attempted a Middleweight title. PAC and Arum refrained from this because the 145 Cotto was more than enough, and Margo’s “154” belt was good enough marketing to have PAC a “154 Champion.”

PAC didn’t want any piece of 154-155 Cotto. Those catchweights were there.

You are absolutely right, the whole thing is as shady as hell, but his brain dead fans dont care and Bob knows it, and then to top it all off Bob spits out in an interview how fans are like dumb rocks you push them anywhere you want, lol he just gave all Manny fans a left hook and they have no idea lol.

Manny fans are the most gullible fans Ive ever seen.
