Boxing is a business first and not some charity.
Can't argue that! However, if you can't get Ortiz, Wilder, Fury, and Miller, then you might want to change your business model!

It's strange for a computer guru like you to pretend there are no 4 belts on the line and someone is going to put it on the line.
      Huh!!

        Naw. I'm not that gullible.
just one man still has the 4 belts.
The challengers want to rip off the champ and are still the ones crying like a girl all over the place.
They never cared about the belts, not even wilder.
        He fooled you guys.

Funny you say there is no measurable data point yet you speak as if you have one.
i said "in africa", not "all over africa". or are you arguing now that having endorsements outside uk and usa doesn't count for anything? which of those countries you mentioned does wilder have any endorsements in?? mayweather was definitely more popular than both in his prime. but his character made it impossible for him to have any endorsements. and are you seriously trying to use mayweather to explain away that endorsements don't show popularity?

i already measured some data points from before. i'll add some.
          twitter: aj: 2.31m fury: 1.07m, wilder: 420k

oh but that's just twitter. lets see. how about instagram?
          aj: 8.2m followers, fury: 1.6m wilder: 1.7m

i won't even bother putting up ppv buys and general attendance numbers.
you are just a hater and a shill. no matter how hard you believe or how many times you say fury and wilder are more popular, it doesn't make it true.
wilder and fury are fighting again, and maybe even a third time. they should enjoy it. it's actually not a bad idea. but you can have AJ remain the top heavyweight by every metric and still have fury and wilder do well. they'll end up still needing joshua when they are done "freezing joshua out".

He fights in the U.S., and at MSG, and he fights someone who should be able to sell a fight, and who shouldn't demand much of the purse! If he was fighting Ortiz before Wilder KO'd him, that would've been different! At this point, Ortiz is a better opponent for Dillian Whyte than Anthony Joshua!
I agree that Miller will do better numbers than Ortiz, but stylistically, Ortiz is the better fight because Ortiz is more of a hybrid between Wilder and Fury. After a fight (or two) with Ortiz, I believe Joshua would be an even better fighter than he already is.

I'm a big fan of Ortiz's abilities too, but after what he did to Wilder, and being a Cuban fighter, he's too hish-risk/low-reward for Joshua! He would be great for Whyte, Miller, Usyk, and Kownacki, because they are all trying to prove something! That's cool though, because Ortiz is trying to prove something too! Let's see what he looks like vs. Hammer! You never know. Father Time is undefeated!

Basically what you have done is seek to highlight the only quantifiable metrics available and used them as if they are conclusive (are followers potential customers?). That's fine. The US guys still say that Joshua is an unknown in America socially even though you claim above that he has US endorsements. I would venture to say you mean he endorses US based products in the UK.

Listen...the three of them need each other.

At some point in your life you gotta step away from being a fanboy & use your common sense. You acting like you ***** whipped. If all your friends came to you and told you your girl was ****ing another man you'd believe her over your boys because you're ***** whipped.

A sad excuse for a man
