GGG was the only fighter ever to have been listed as a favorite vs Mayweather according to oddsmakers/casinos at that time. He was also a 5:1 favorite over Canelo.

Hagler was the consensus #1 p4p in the world in what is considered one of the golden era's of the sport when Duran fought him. He was starving for a big money fight still though and Duran obliged. There's been a few fighters who've retired in their primes too so the fights afterwards can be misleading.

Better fighters than Duran have also fought close into their 40's too. The money in different era's can dictate how long some guys stick around and some guy it's not just to prove themselves either. They just love to fight.

Curt is actually a decent guy. He trolls a lot and gets a little too involved in what rival fans think and takes it a little too personally but he’s a genuine boxing fan and decent enough man IMO. Razor on the other hand is definitely mentally challenged or mentally ill. Of that I have less than 0.00001% doubt. I remember him claiming I was a journalist or something way back LOL. Why? Because I can read and write better than a 4th grader unlike him? Because I don’t fanboy or ********** over Floyd like him? Because I attend live fights and watch boxing outside of 2-3 fighters unlike him?

Ernesto Marcel (an incredible fighter who schooled Arguello and retired at his peak of his mother’s wishes)

Davey Moore (ruined him a casual like you doesn’t know about the match or Moore coming in)
Iran Barkley
Edwin Viruet
Saoul Mamby (a casual like you sees the W-L record but doesn’t look at the fights)
Vilomar Fernandez (beat Arguello in his prime)

That’s just to name a few off the top then there’s guys like Lampkin, Kobayashi, Guts Isimatu, Thompson who at least qualify as “good”. That’s far more than the one only you stated but like I said you’ve never heard of them. That’s at least 5 members of either Boxing hall of fame and Marcel being criminally overlooked still to this date.

Bare in mind you told me once that Angel Manfredy and Andre Berto were “great fighters” then the above surely register as good? Then again you once told me that Lomachenko, Pep, B.
