I don't entirely blame Ortiz for this, but it's clear he isn't anxious to make big fights. It's possible that Haymon wouldn't have allowed him to move off the Wilder undercard, as they wanted to help it sell. As for Joyce, he has only had 7 fights, so it makes sense for Ortiz to disregard him.

Either way, Ortiz seems to have no inclination to make a deal.
Think u need to check your facts.

No, you shouldn't blame Ortiz at all. Chastise the chicken****s that use his name for publicity, fake news. At Ortiz's age he can't afford to sit around for a year waiting.
You're making the assumption that Ortiz publically saying he is willing to fight Whyte, Joyce or anyone else is the end of the matter. If he wants those fights, he has a management team. Surely they can make a phone call or send an email.

The fact is that he signed to fight Kaufmann very quickly after being called out by Whyte, and signed to fight Hammer very quickly after being called out by Joyce. There's no point in pretending that he was sat around waiting for an offer.

no both Miller and Ortiz fight cab drivers and McDonald's cleaners than fight top ten fighters luke chisura or Parker whyte might lose one these fights one day soon but he's in them Ortiz resume is a complete joke and Miller fights 50 year old cruiserweights jokers

With that said, given that Joshua owns a win over Whyte a lot of people would prefer Joshua take on Ortiz over Whyte...its a more challenging fight.
Ortiz only victory of any note was 4 years ago vs Jennings who isn't even a top 20 fighter Parker imo would beat wilder 100% got some chin on him Parker and if wilder ain't knocking you out then a half decent boxer bests him unless corruption like the fury fight Ortiz dosent have the legs and Miller really is just a prospect level fighter judged on his level of competition he's faced so far

I think it's more entertaining to see the fights play out than to predict their results and come up with reasons why fighters shouldn't fight.
