Let me put it into perspective for you Thurman/Lopez drew 9,623 @ Barclays last Saturday night, while Munguia/Inoue drew 7,408 @ Toyota Center. If an established unified champion like Thurman is only averaging 2,000 more heads in the stands over a 22 yrs old kid that was fighting an unknown in Inoue with zero fan base goes to show you this kid star power at this early stage of his career. Let’s see how many heads Leo Santa Cruz pulls into Microsoft theater this weekend fighting a bum in Rivera, I’m sure it won’t be close to 7,000 people unless Schaffer gives the tix away which PBC is known to do. Anyhow, as I stated before Munguia has surpassed both Zurdo & Santa Cruz as the 2nd biggest Mexican draw behind Canelo.

How will it improve if he keeps doing the same things? He isn't changing his style or using any defensive techniques.

Take Hurd for instance, in his last fight we saw him try to fight off the back foot because he realizes that he takes too many shots. Muniga isn't adding any wrinkles to his game

All the criticism Munguia getting about his defense being none existent and being a weight bully can be said about Hurd as well the only difference being that Munguia is only 22 yrs old and still a work in progress while Hurd @ 28 yrs is already close to being a finish product. If by backing up you mean clinching and pushing Munguia to the ropes then you’re correct. Inoue is one tough mofo but incredibly strong as well dude has a bodybuilder physique.

Lubin is a much better fighter at the same age as is Shakur Stevenson, Devin Haney, Teofimo and Tank. The Charlos tried new things in the ring to develop and had the advantage of sparring Erislandy Lara. Jaime has none of that.
Hurd has very little amateur experience learned on the job and is at least trying to take the actions to develop. Jaime isn't making those changes and once he isn't the bigger guy in the ring he will get stretched. My whole point is being young means he has the opportunity to develop NOT that he will develop. Unless we see him do something new and make some changes, there is no reason to believe that he will.

Dude, Lubin was KO’d @ 22 yrs old while Munguia won a belt @ 21 and defeated a savvy vet like Liam Smith in his 1st mandatory bout. Where do you get Lubin being a “much better fighter at that age” then Munguia? As for Stevenson Teofimo and Haney none of these cats has fought a better opponent than Liam Smith only a bunch of gatekeepers there’s a reason why there still consider prospects even though Teofimo has become a contender @ this stage IMO while Munguia is a Champion. Again, check out the Smith fight Munguia was head hunting all night in that fight never going to the body two fight later against Inoue dude starts throwing left hooks to Inoue liver to slow him down kid is learning weather you see it or not I do. His defense leaves a lot to be desired but hopefully with time like his offensive game has shown inprovement so will his defense.

Munguia is the 2nd biggest Mexican draw in the game today considering he’s less than 2yrs removed from anyone knowing his name that’s quite a feat. The kid is the definition of Mexican style just keeps coming fwd the Mexican people love that just ask GGG. Anyway, as time passes his defense and skill level will definitely improve as of right now he’s winning on pure talent goes to show how big of an upside Munguia truly has.

Liam Smith is your selling point? He's a gate keeper with grey hair, not some savvy vet. Come on man. Lubin was KO'd by a guy that they will not put Jaime in the ring with. Jaime is a "champ" by beating a blown up WW who was knocked out by Jesse Vargas. Even De La Hoya says that he is a prospect with a belt. And saying that a Mexican fighter went to the body is a change in style is dishonest at best.
