Canelo with the steroid scandal won't land him a fotd. My sleeper will be Lomachenko if he has a strong 2019 campaign.

-Beat Victor Ortiz to win the WBC welterweight title and retain the lineal title
-Beat Miguel Cotto to win the WBA (Super) super welterweight title
-Beat Robert Guerrero to win the vacant Ring welterweight title and retain the WBC and lineal titles
-Beat Canelo Alvarez to win the WBC, Ring, and vacant lineal super welterweight titles
-Beat Marcos Maidana to win the WBA (Super) welterweight title and retain the WBC, Ring, and lineal titles
-Beat Marcos Maidana to retain the WBA (Super), WBC, Ring, lineal welterweight and WBC, Ring, and lineal super welter titles
-Beat Manny Pacquiao to win the WBO welterweight title and retain the WBC, WBA (Super), Ring, and lineal titles

Lineal+unified champ in 2 divisions at the same time, multiple legends down, of course no losses, 9-0-0-0 against former or current world champions in the decade.

Ward has a sneaky good resume, even accounting for a loss in the 1st Kov fight

Lomachenko if you’re including amateur accomplishments as well as professional success.

If not, it’ll probably go to Canelo even though he’s had some gift decisions his resume is still quality.

Doesn't even matter. No guy is gonna rep a decade better than Almost Bumlevel did. He was more of a decade and a half ATG.

-May hasn't been active enough to be considered for this decade.
-Manny MIGHT pull it off, depending on his next two fights.
-Canelo seems to be the forerunner but that could change with a loss. He's has so many close/controversial fights that it would be real easy for the public to turn on him.

Both Ward and Loma are the most deserving but they will get overlooked for the more popular stars because that's how this stuff works.

Pacquaio has absolutely no chance of winning it.

Other than being Caucasian, in your opinion, what has Loma done to qualify for this lofty award?

Floyd, because there's nobody who accomplished as much during the same decade. There's no other fighter whose work spans the whole decade and includes so much dominance with NO controversial BS decisions (step aside, Ward and Canelo)

And because he easily defeated the other strong candidate, Canelo, head to head. Breezy easy.

And because Pacqauio won the award for the previous decade. It's Floyd's turn now.

                      And because Floyd stayed clean.

And because five years of Floyd is better than 10 years of any other fighter this decade.
