Well, Wilder already LOST to Fury and if he loses again his "legacy" will be a guy who beat 39 bums and one 40 year old cuban and got schooled twice by Fury

So Wilder can crow all he wants but lets face facts he's on VERY thin ice right now in terms of his career.

If Fury schools wilder again, then everyone forgets about him, and I think AJ vs Fury WILL happen in the second half of the year for undisputed.

That's why i'm saying wilder needs to stop talking trash and consider his options right now, because he showed very little in the first fight to convince me he can do any better let alone actually BEAT a fury who will be a lot closer to his best shape in the rematch
    You’re being very blinkered

If wilder loses to fury or joshua then his legacy isn’t much at all
However if he beats fury he’ll be in a great position and has Whyte (who is apparently too live for Joshua right now) and miller etc, even a rematch with fury

He could just go for Joshua but likewise if he loses then he’s in a rubbish position and if he wins he’s in a great position
    Makes little difference

Right now he has unfinished business and is doing just fine

I mean they can try if they want but given the fact wilder and fury combined purses was what aj made against povetkin it looks like they’d be back to fighting for small boy change. They’d be begging Hearn for his “disory” offer

What Hearn doesn’t understand (or maybe he does, hence the desperation) is that if Wilder-Fury 2 occurs, the winner won’t be fielding offers, they’ll be making them. And it’ll be up to Joshua to put pressure on his promoter. Outmaneuvered? Absolutely. Look where we were a year ago.
I don’t know man. I don’t think we can sit here and say he’s been out manouvered when wilder and fury together aren’t making the same amount as aj does against b level opponents. Also that flat fee offer was more than he made against fury let’s not forget that.

Beating a 40 year old no resume luis ortiz was enough for them, they will be happy with that until wilder retires.

For a country with such a rich history in heavyweight boxing, they have been straight pathetic since Holyfield lost to Lewis in 1997

          absoloute joke business since then.
There are more divisions in boxing other than HW! America is doing just fine! Wilder vs. Fury II in the U.S.! Spence vs. Garcia in the U.S.! Canelo vs. Jacobs, in the U.S.! That's pretty good if you ask me!

Unlike those real boxing fans celebrating the fact wilder won’t reapond to aj meaning we won’t see an undisputed title fight

imo Eddie and AJ were arrogant towards Wilder, but with good reason. He hadn't fought anyone when they first started talking about the fight and wasn't a draw at all

That has changed now and DW has more bargaining power especially because he has the TF rematch.

Eddie and AJ kind of shot themselves in the foot, but to be fair, I don't think anyone anticipated Fury jumping in with Wilder so quickly.

You absolutely can say it. It’s what they are generating collectively that makes the difference. It’s not a d—k measuring contest, it’s a question of what makes the most money for everyone. And when those rematch numbers drop, it’s a wrap.

He’s fighting a better fighter in the lineal champ fury and that should be another superb fight.
He could of course go for the alphabet titles that Joshua collected after fury had them.

I can't believe that this is still going on. Lies and the media go hand in hand. Why is boxingscene publishing articles written by a promoter in the first place? It kind of gives you an idea of why this 50 million dollar hoax "offer"/ultimatum gets so much airtime around here.
