I think Garcia would be the best trainer of those named. Broner would never stand for Atlas's verbal abuse. Maybe training with Garcia and his fighters would Broner to be more of an attacking fighter and throw more punches. Nasty bragger Cunningham failed to bring a good Broner to the ring so Broner does need a better trainer. The trainer can only do so much and they can't fight for Broner.

Say you could pick Broner a new trainer?

Abel Sanchez would be the best trainer for Broner.
Because he is a disciplinarian who insists that all his fighters have to do everything he says, and Broner needs discipline more than anthing else.
Because he keeps them away from all temptation in a boot camp style location on top of a mountain.
Because he teaches an aggresive style of boxing which is the exact opposite to the slick, backfoot style that Broner insists on using, which absolutely does not work for him.
Because the combination of Broner and Abel working together would annoy the fck out of everybody, and bring some much needed unity to a divided sport.

Kevin Cunningham is a good fit for him. Yall act like Broner was ever talented enough to compete with Pacquiao.

I actually thought Adrien Broner fought to the best of his abilities, unfortunately, that was nothing compared to a past prime Pacquiao. He never did throw a lot of punches, this is the fighter he is. He was never as good as the hype he received. He looked good beating Demarco, but even prior to that he had some very tough fights early in his career exposing weaknesses in his game.
His corner on Saturday however was too complacent and happy to just coast, straight to UD loss that was evident by all (except Broner)

Cunningham, and others on your list are more suited to train fast, explosive, and mobile fighters, which Broner hardly is.
So bonehead would benefit most from training with Garcia. With his power, chin, and inside skills, he's at his best when moving forward. Garcia would train him to make the most out of those skills.

Broner is suffering from same same problem as Kovalev, he doesn’t listen. Doesn’t matter who coaches him if he is undicplined. If he takes boxing more seriously I can see Buddy McGirt or Naazim Richardson being a good match for him.

Robert is the perfect trainer for broner, broner lacks the balls in his offense.
Robert not only knows how to train you for offense but he know how to hype you up in the corner so you got out with some balls.
