    Doing a great job

Canelo is better and GGG was in his prime in both fighters

Your point is ****** as hell
How many fighters/athletes have been prime at 35+ years old?

It is weird how posters blasted GGG for chasing/waiting for Canelo, but now also give him **** for not chasing Canelo. I don't get it.

probably because canelo will not fight at 36 so we wouldnt know what he looks like then....because canelo didnt wait till 34 to step up competition and began fighting good/great fighters much earlier than that.....

            imagine if golovkin did that?
How do you step up to the competition when the competition you want to step up to refuses to fight you. GGG tried like hell to fight Cotto, Sturm, Martinez, Eubank and Saunders and they all flat refused to fight him for good money. He would have knocked them all out. GGG fought the best guys would had the balls to fight him. Canelo was always a cash cow and could always chose his opponents but GGG had to do the best he could. He did beat lots of good fighters but you just hate him and will never give him a damn bit of credit. Murray. Lemieux, Monroe and many more were top 10 world rated middleweights when he fought them. Just because he easily knocked them out doesn't make them bums. Nobody else has knocked them out. Everybody Saunders defended his title against had already ben KOed by GGG but you don't trash Saunders. Jermall was going to defend his title against Monroe but you don't say he should fight better competition.

              It's not the age

Its the Quality of your rivals , the hard of your way to be a champion.

              For example

Erik Morales was a young champion, had a career with a lot of great rivals and he was shot at 28, 29 years old

GGG always had a career with soft fights.

He fought against fighters without quality

He only had 3 hard fights

              Jacobs
              Canelo X 2

Abel said that GGG was in his prime and GGG thrown almost 850 punches in the last fight

People pick and choose when to believe Abel which is quite comical. Can you show me where he said GGG is prime also? And still, there's been very few occasions a fighter/athlete is prime at that age. Doesn't matter about competition. It's been shown time and time again, the body starts declining around that age, whether you're an athlete or not. Either way, he's still in there taking punches, throwing punches. Not to mention all the training, sparring, running, punches in general, all of that take their toll.
