Keep in mind that they contacted Danny's dad 2 weeks before the announcement, do you really believe Danny didn't have that fight signed already at that time. LIke I said it was a PR move by Arum to make it seem like PBC guys are turning him down. Keep in mind, why didn't they offer the fight to Spence then? Why wouldn't Arum try to make Loma/MIkey after the LInares fight, but instead kept saying before that fight that Loma would fight the winner of Beltran/Pedraza.
I think that constitutes a reasonable turn down in Danny's case. They could have paid Granados step aside money. I do think that two weeks isn't enough time to make such a decision that would have a long term impact on Danny's career.

Loma wanted to take the fight after a tune-up. Dude just had surgery, man...

As for Danny and Crawford, no chance Crawford wouldn't want that fight. Danny is the weakest of the "top" welterweights and a good draw. Crawford easily beats him, also.

the only reason Wilder fury happened was cuz Wilder demanded it. Haymon would have been perfectly happy keeping it in house vs Breazeale. Plus for wilder Haymon doesn’t have any big fights. ThAts why they looked to Fury.

Same reason why Arum wants pbc welters. Arum and Haylon have the same business model.

Stevenson vs. Jack (Jack not pbc) good fight
Lara vs. Hurd FKN AWESOME fight good fight
Wilder vs. Ortiz (AWESOME round) good fight
              Spence vs Peterson GARBAGE fight
Al Haymon advises Eleider and we got Kovalov (Not with PBC) and again
Ok kid, funny how you didnt list any of the garbage fights pbc has shown. To each his own i guess. Id be making the fights fans want, with all the money and fighters pbc has. Youre obviously ok with settling for more filler than substance. And funny how u mentioned alvarez, when he just signed with oldass bob arum...gripping at straws.

For the record, Danny turning the fight down in my view had everything to do with Danny not wanting to risk an L to Crawford right now and was not a PBC ESPN thing. Both Porter and Spence have spoken as if the go ahead is there to fight Crawford.

Would Khan/Crawford get made if it was going to take place on DAZN for more money? We already know that HBO and GB were willing to pay more to have Loma/Linares on HBO and you said no, which made Linares and GB accept your terms since Linares isn't a big draw.

When was the last time Arum made a 50/50 fight with another promoter without a purse bida la Wilder/Fury? Was it May/Pac?

Haymon is the smartest man in boxing. He's the manager/advisor for damn near 80% of the best fighters including Arums old whipping boy Pac, who just signed with Haymon. This must give Arum the blues daily!

Harmon is NOT a promoter but controls the business model as if he were. Everything goes through him or deals don't get made!!
