ibf #1 is vacant. #2 is culcay. jacobs should get him out of the way first if he can't get canelo in may. then he can freely pursue canelo, golovkin, andrade and charlo. if he can't even schedule a fight with one of them by the end of this year then it would be better to leave hearn.
