He fought a far less experienced Smith though. Hes had alot of fights since then against good opposition. Hes bound to improve after beating Groves. Smith has something Fielding didnt, real power.

"Canelo" eats UK fighters like skittles.
(& YOU will label him (Smith) a bum after the fact)

Size matters but less so when one guy is a level or more above his opponent. Smith has a good long jab, good timing on some of his big shots and heavy handed. But he's a bit simplistic to beat someone like Canelo.

If that woulda been Loeffler selling u a Fielding vs GGG they woulda bragging heavy about that! He woulda probably been top 5 since he held belt that was more slightly better than an interim title

I don’t believe Canelo can win this one imo

Smith is the ‘good big one’

                Would love this fight.

Its a pickem for me. If Canelo comes in huge and durable he has the skills to beat Callum. Callum is a big ass dude though so who knows.

September 16th Mexican Independence day weekend at Wembley. Let's do it. Forget Lemeuix, forget GGG, forget Jacobs.

This is the real fight now.

                  Canelo/GGG 168.
                  Make it happen.
I really don't want to see a third fight imo. First fight was hype and excitement I enjoyed it - we can all agree GGG won the first fight. But the second fight was a bore fest - hands down Canelo won the second fight.

****ing politics ruining boxing as always. Hence why I don't want a third match.

Do me a favor and look at Canelo's face off with Fielding. Callum Smith is two inches taller than Fielding and probably comes into the ring much heavier. At some point, size matters.

                      Bore-fest??
You definitely have a high bench mark if you call Canelo/GGG II a bore-fest.
I would like to see a third because as you I had GGG winning the first and either losing or drawing the second.
I think bringing it to 168 would put abit of curiosity to the fight, instead of most believing Nelo would dominate.
What did you think of Hurd/Lara?
That was my favourite fight this year.
