Now the irony is that Canelo also would be a candidate if he'd "barely beat" with a KO of Golovkin and hadn't been using PEDs. HA-HA-HA!

P.S. Oh, and ifhe'd found real champion, not regular/silver/interim...

Loma had two fights and both were champs in the weight class and in the top 5.

So which guy did he fight that’s a nobody?

But keep telling yourself that any time your guy doesn’t win fighter of the year it’s due to racism.

They feeling too good about that bs Rocky win or something.

If you only have one meaning fight in the year it better have been super impressive & a showcase type performance over a high level mfer to get you fighter of the year consideration. GGG is obviously a high level mfer, but it was a close fight that either guy had an argument they shoulda gotten the nod.

That isn't & shouldn't get you on the fighter of the year list.

Youre never clean unless you burn all your dirty muscles gained by PEDs.

PED abuse, a gift decision and a KO of a no-hoper should give you FOTY honors? LMFAO!

                **** off, it’s usyk’s year.
Solid point on the PED suspension. I didn't even think about that.

Who wants fighter of the year to have been suspended for half the year? That's a bad look.

And yea Usyk was the man this year. Usyk has been the fighter of the last 18 months or so with his WBSS run. That was arguably the toughest tournament field in boxing history & he shined in it.

Maurice has done real well and I'd think about him and Regis (and Josh Taylor for that matter - though he was already established as a player at 140 and just solidified it with the Postol win) as potential breakthroughs of the year.
