  • Why didn’t Wilder FAKE/FEINT/CHARGE Fury after the COUNT?

    Last question of the day...

Most boxers capitalize when the other is severely hurt. Wilder would at least assume that Fury is very disoriented with the poker face. So why didn’t Wilder charge Fury as he did with Stiverne, or at least fake to the body and super charge on top? Realistically wouldn’t Fury have been so out of it like Corrie Sanders and Wladimir? Corrie Sanders went for the kill and finished.

Most of us always wonder why Wilder didn’t press Fury after he got up?

He got cracked with a straight right that hurt him and he retreated, that's why.

He tried to windmill Fury but it just didn't work

Plus he was tired and got hurt by a staright right and left hook combo by Fury straight after the KD

It’s when boxers have hidden cell phone power banks in their briefs and plug them in the corner before seconds out. Gotta make sure cell phones are charged before the rounds commence!

              Wilder was already gassed.

Those were the last 2 punches in his gas tank.

Wilder actually went in for the kill and he almost got KO'ed. Fury threw a beautiful 1-2 combo that had Deontay holding on and neither had the energy to follow through at that point.

He was either worried about killing Fury or he used up the last of his energy celebrating because he thought he'd already won, depending on what day he is asked.

That's a goddamned lie! He did charge Fury after the count but Tyson wasn't badly as hurt as was perceived. He still had his wits about him and kept circling to his right to avoid the right hand. The knockdown looked a lot worse than it seemed. It was more a flash knockdown. He did hurt Wilder with a counter one-two combo coming in and after that Wilder was forced to tie up and reset.
