If there's a PPV upside, then it's not a flat fee.

What you are talking about is a guaranteed minimum, plus a percentage cut, which is what Wilder said he wanted.

This is just Eddie Hearn trying to make Joshua look better when he knows the fight isn't going to happen next, if Joshua really wanted to fight Wilder he would've been ringside for the Fury fight he had no problem coming to MSG a week later so no excuses about the holidays its all just a ploy. Wilder is going to rematch Fury they know this they are just trying to save face when they take a pointless rematch with Dillian Whyte.
