Ioka vs Nietes was definitely fixed, IMO. Floyd vs Tenshin was not as obvious because as much weird flopping as the kid did, at least some actual hard punches were thrown, and... somewhat... landed in that fight. I saw none at all in Ioka vs Nietes.

Schaub needs to figure out how to score a fight before commenting on boxing again.

If they were making it fake they would've made it last a couple rounds at least and not completely humiliated their rising star. Schaub is an idiot and so is anybody who thinks it was fake.

Agree. I dig Schuab 99% of the time he's a fun likable guy who asks better questions than most hack boxing media but there is one thing he loves more than hearing himself talk & its making bold claims with lil reason or thought behind those claims to get some headlines. He's said goofy sh^t or dumb sh^t numerous times in the past & there is zero doubt in my mind he's gonna have future scandals off of his bold remarks in this era of PC watch what you say speaking.

He's like a dumber, less experienced version of Chael Sonnen, another MMA guy who speaks on all things combat sports these days. And Chael was one who was making bold claims before the fight about "the fix being in", but post-fight claimed Tenshin got doubled double crossed or some such crazy logic bs lol, but he didn't say he felt the fight was fixed.

This was a dare to be great situation for this talented kickboxer who had 9 minutes to make his mark. Being 20ish pounds lighter & with less years on his birth certificate than Floyd had in the ring it was a grand long shot, but in a no decision fight if you are looking to make your mark its kill or be killed & the odds were massively towards him being killed. I didn't think it was fixed although I guess I can see where some people are coming from with the sloppy falls, but they just looked like a kid trying his best to stay upright & get up quickly more than acting of good or poor ability.
