Don't let fast Eddie fool you good people. This was always the fight that was happening on the 13th. Wilder clearly said he wanted to rematch Fury, which he should. The fight endedto controversially not to do it again. AJ had his chance to get at Wilder a while ago, but chose otherwise. Plus Daddy Hearn has already laid out the AJ plan. It's on youtube

Wilder said no. but why won't they try to offer Fury a deal? they simply refuse to even say his name. with a fair % split I'm sure Fury would forget about the Wilder rematch. and if not these two then Ortiz should get it simply because he's more dangerous than Shyte.

I hope Whyte comes in with a better gameplan than punching over the ref's shoulder, throwing after the bell, winging sloppy hooks without any head movement, leaving his chin wide open to Joshua's countershots and uppercuts. You big useless dosser.

Like Josh, Hearn must be on PEDS too, because his thinking has reached the level of promoter Twilight Zone hyperbole!! Poshua on PEDS takes out Dillian ALL DAY EVERYDAY!!! Unless of course Dillian has his own stash (administered in his blood) that won't be searched for .....in his refrigerator or under his bed!!

AJ vs Whyte may be the 3rd best matchup behind Wilder and Fury. Others could argue Miller or Ortiz in his place (although neither has quite the resume of Whyte at this point IMO).
The point is that the first and second best options aren't being made and that those two may be fighting each other. If those two are fighting each other over your fighter than I have to think that you are the problem and not them.
I don't live in the UK and can't speak for the pulse of the fans. If Whyte is that unbelievable of a matchup then it's a very provincial mindset.
I'm curious to see if Wilder rematches Fury as well..if he does then that says alot. It tells me that Wilder is willing to fight a guy many consider beat him in the first fight.
I'm no fan of either Wilder or Fury. I typically root for the opponent of either just to see the upset. That being said, my opinion is that Joshua doesn't want any part of Wilder. Not because he (or more accurately his team) thinks he'd lose but because time is on their side. Wilder is who he is who is and AJ is still learning, the longer it takes to get there the better AJ's chances.
