Now that Horn seems to have his act together and plans four more years before retiring, which means serious training, and that he is making his career a priority, he has a good chance of beating any 2-3 level boxer. Zerafa thought that he had worked Horn out after their first fight but Horn was able to come back with new skills to win. Forget Crawford, who was always going to win anyway, Horn has developed and matured as a boxer so 2-3 level is realistic I think.
