Horn by EZ money. Charlo don't know how to box on the inside. Horn wouldn't give him his distance and just use dirty tactics and box him on the inside all day.

See, it's not so certain. Horn seems even stronger at 154, he keeps coming forward with bully tactics and isn't afraid to walk through fire. Jermell isn't the KO brother and he's not aggressive.
