Why wouldn't he be a threat, he has legit power and speed, he figured Korobov out by the second half of the fight and won going away.

Korobov has a bad rap because of the Andy Lee fight but he knows what he's doing. He has amateur wins vs Usyk and Jacobs. He's not some bum lol.

Jermall probably wouldn't be favored against GGG or Canelo but he would give them hell. He's probably be 50-50 with Jacobs in the Vegas books..

Canelo did fight GGG 2x but lets not act like he did so willingly. He delayed the 1st fight as long a possible and got caught cheating using PED's before the next one, delaying it while GGG got older. I get you are a Canelo fan but that behavior shouldn't be celebrated.

Both can use "business" as reasons to avoid fighting Charlo because of the stinker he put up on Sat night. You can question if Charlo would beat either after that performance. However, you can't go back and pretend they were willing to fight this dude.
so when did canelo avoided the fight?? be specific..
if it was a mandated fight and canelo avoided or if charlo is demanding the fight cuz he brings something to the table then we can talk, but neither has happened yet..
charlo is the one avoiding meaningful fights, just last year you had canelo-ggg, jacobs-serg, andrade-bjs all set to fight, what was charlo doing ?? but yeah he is the bogeyman of MW being avoided lol...
charlo needs to stop avoiding real boxing threats before he claims him self as the bogeyman...

If Jermall was confident in his skillset he would've envoked his mandatory status, he never did, so I took that as a slight in his skillset, and these questions showed it's face sat

As far as jermell one dimensional head Hunter, with questionable pop swinging for the fences, off eye he's just too small for jmw in this current climate, welters and lww tower over the bigger mouth Charlo, a double sided issue...

I posted he didn't want to fight him. I didn't post he ducked him.

Well he does bring something to the table, he is a top 5 ranked MW and the interim WBC title holder.

Ok, those guys fought because they are all under the same umbrella. I didn't say all of them didn't want to fight Charlo I posted Canelo and GGG. You are bringing up all these other guys just to deflect from that because you can't refute what I posted.

Charlo didn't claim anything. That is just you over exaggerating things as a way to try and take away from the point I made, which bothers you because you are a Canelo fan.

My point still stands-Charlo may have looked bad Sat night but Canelo and GGG wanted no part of him prior to this because he is high risk, low reward.

Jermall struggled (I thought he lost) with what appeared to be a much higher quality opponent than he was prepared for. Not the end of the world, Hagler lost to Willie Monroe, Norton lost to Jose Luis Garcia.

I've been saying for quite some time that both brothers are overrated. Proven little and are basic fighters with good power. They have solid foundations with which to work in terms of speed, power and aren't technically inept like Wilder but they have a ways to go.

I said before Korobov took him to school that he'd be cannon fodder and an easy KO for Canelo and GGG and would be schooled hopelessly by Jacobs, Saunders and Andrade.

you gotta have more than that to claim canelo refused to fight him..
the reason i named the other fighters is to show you who is willing to make fights and who just doesnt care... charlo is the only top mw that isnt looking to make meaningful fights.. they all want to fight canelo cuz of all the money involved but they also need to be willing to fight each other.. jacobs is the perfect example and he is the only want with the right to claim the next canelo fight, despite being with haymon he found the way to make fights happen and doesnt need excuses, he shows nothing but class and doesnt behave like he is the bogeyman, i really hope he lands the fight next since imo he is clearly number 3 at mw... he brings a name and a title to the table not just a ranking or interim titles... if charlo beats someone like andrade , bjs , jacobs, ggg or even serg then i believe he has the right to make a claim on his own... but until now if wbc doesnt mandate the fight no one is going to care if it doesnt happen next as long as canelo doesnt take another tune up...

He was a threat simply based on the fact that Golovkin's camp openly protested his mandatory spot (probably a first in boxing history) and Canelo fled the division instead of facing him.

Basing prognostics on how a GGG vs Jermall fight would go based on this performance shows very poor ring IQ considering GGG is an orthodox fighter with nearly nonexistent head movement or mobility. Canelo would be a different story though.

Well, the GGG haters and the tribalists from the LDBC surely did, but these individuals are more comedians than boxing fans anyway and some of them are pretty sad individuals.

They are all with other promotions so how exactly can he fight them? Look at jacobs and GGG-of they sign with PBC surely Charlo will fight them. If they sign with DAzn (which makes sense financially because Canelo is there) then Charlo isn't going to get a fight with either guy.

I think we can agree if the wbc mandates charlo fighting Canelo, he likely drops the belt because he isn't going to fight anywhere but DAZN.

I think Charlo does need to fight a top MW I just don't know which one will fight him.
