Anyone on here know Adonis or his family to give us an update? There was an article online that said he woke up and talked to his family. But him being in a coma still is not good. Poor guy.

Think the article was untrue.

His own promoter says he can't even breath without assistance, so there's no way he's talked to his family if that's true.

Do I think he suffered for his crimes? No.
Do I wish him dead? No... and I feel bad for his family.

I would much rather see him get well so that he can get tossed in jail and be ass ****d for the rest of his life, just as he did to the women.

Then again, who knows... perhaps if he beat his wife and children they don't mind seeing him in the position that he is.

You should not make judgement on any man laying on his deathbed if your only evidence is spoon fed you by the media, they are selling you are buying and thats not the way to judge another human being, even people painted very bad can be innocent of most of it, if youre not there you cannot know for sure how guilty a man is.

Remaining in a coma 21 days after the fight is a really bad sign. He's being kept alive through respiratory life support. If he lives there is a high probability that he will be a vegetable. But I don't feel all that confident that he's even going to survive. This is an absolute tragedy. I feel sad for a boxer who's life has been cut short and his grieving family.

also they give very light sentences in Canada. In the US sentences are triple what they would in Canada

Hitler was never tried for his crimes and given a trial by a jury of his peers.

Adonis Stevenson was tried, and he did the time that his government deemed appropriate for his crimes as adjudicated by a jury of his peers. Thereafter, he turned his life around through hard work and dedication. He was living on the streets when he was 14 years old. His story was a successful story of redemption, and his injury and current state is a tragedy.
