If you were managing whyte, you will advice him to go for IBF eliminator for a 25% reward when he can headline his ppv event in the UK and make so much more and still be in line for a mandatory for the WBO title shot.

I can see your sense of reasoning. Whyte does not deserve a title shot but Ortiz deserve a shot with AJ for beating kauffman. Very good.

When he pulled out of the IBF final eliminator and when he pulled out of the WBC final eliminator, Povetkin was the WBO mandatory.

Which begs the question, did his promoter know he had enough stroke with the WBO to get Povetkin removed as mandatory and replaced by Whyte without Whyte having to fight a final eliminator? Maybe so.

But too soon to know if the plan will actually work. Arum is demanding a final eliminator between Whyte and Jennings. The WBO has yet to rule. Maybe Hearn's plan will backfire, maybe it won't. You're lying. Blatantly lying. Browne was #13 in the WBC ratings when Whyte fought him. Ortiz was #3 and willing to fight Whyte. There was no way to skip over #3 Ortiz, let alone #4 through #12 to get all the way down to Browne at #13.

No, like Fury before him, Povetkin was a DOUBLE mandatory (WBA & WBO). This is done to help maintain a unified champion. Hearn, being clever, begged the WBO to revoke Povetkin's mandatory status, so the WBO could keep their place in the rotation line ahead of the IBF, so Whyte could fight AJ before Pulev. I'm not knocking Hearn. Very very smart. He's great at his job. But it does show how the sanctioning bodies will often do whatever it takes to cater to a big star.

Because you're not obligated to enroll until after you're in the ratings. Being in the ratings is what causes you to need to enroll.

Fury didn't jump Whyte in the ratings. Not my fault UK fans allow Hearn to try to fool them into thinking the silver belt makes someone the mandatory. Hearn just tried that same **** with Jesse Vargas. Lying to the public that winning the silver title would make him mandatory.
