I don't think that anyone can question Deontay Wilder's heart or toughness. It was on full display in the seventh round of that Luis Ortiz fight and in the twelfth round of that Tyson Fury fight. Both times he had to bite down and dig deep in order to retain his title.

He has a huge championship heart. That's one of the reasons why he is taking on all these risky fights. At least Joshua has admitted that he is playing it safe for now because he wants to last well into his 50s in this sport. Therefore, he will forever avoid the riskier challenges, in order to prolong his career as opposed to Deontay Wilder.

He told Joe Rogan he couldn't fully extend his arm because of surgery he had before the fight. Then he blamed a gypsy curse for holding him back. Then he said he didn't put full power in his right hand shots because he was scared of killing Fury.

The reason why Wilder missed so many right hands because Fury refused to square up against him. He was constantly moving at a distance and using his upper body defense in forcing Wilder to shoot that right hand over the top which often missed their intended target. The two times he did catch Fury, Fury was squared up and he shot the those right hands down the chute while dropping him in the process.

Yeah, how dare Fury not square up for Deontay the great. Haha. What a ridiculous excuse. You're just as bad as Wilder himself.

Yep. Wilder isn't in his prime no more. If he was he'd destroy Fury and Joshua on the same night while taking care of Godzilla later the same night just to keep himself ticking over. It's a shame Wilder will be denied his true place as being the greatest fighter the world has ever seen. A real bad shame. But worry not, we still have the film of him taking care of a shot Arreola and a complete bum in Washington to show us why he's considered one of the top 20 greatest in history. Is that a rhetorical question? Even if he means it is it the truth? No one denies Wilder doesn’t have dynamite in his hands but his lack of fundamentals means he is a sitting duck for an accomplished fighter with adequate firepower. Is that the truth? Well it’s my opinion so we just have to wait and see how it plays out

Seriously? Really though? You gonna compare Deontay Wilder with David Haye? David Haye didn't do shit in his fight against Wlad other than run. In this case however, at least Wilder made it a close fight and nearly ripped Fury's fucking head off. He damn near decapitated his head from his spine. It was sorta like some kind of Mortal Kombat shit he hit Fury with

Wlad would dominate Wilder before knocking him out. There's a reason Deontay wanted nothing to do with him. If he did good against Wlad in sparring then he'd be all for the fight. But we know the stories that came out of camp of Deontay getting knocked out and beaten up so it makes sense why he didn't.

Haye also spanked Wilder in sparring and would knock him smooth out in a real fight without getting hit at all. Haye is a different level to this joke.
