You can see on the clock on Showtime that Fury was down and then up on 10 seconds. If we're going by the refs count, Fury was up at 9.

You are right. He gave him a ten count to get up but not necessarily ten seconds to get up. That's a huge difference. I am not the only one who feels this way. In addition, he gave him extra time to recover after he beat the count too.
