If they dont speak up publicly the public doesnt learn the truth, the real problem is a lot of the public need to harden up .
Freddie is speaking as a HOF trainer, how the fck can the general public understand his perspective, speaking the truth from the box seat in a professional sport is never really poor form.Comment

Thing is roach wanted fury to try and stop wilder in the last round and a jab got furys attention, and wilder followed up with the big right hand and left hook to knock fury down
But thinking back, furys right hand was so effective, i can see where roach is coming fromComment

Roach says he thinks Tyson won, but if people gave Fury 8 rounds then it's a draw due to the KD's. He's got his maths a bit wrong there. As that would still result in a 114-112 scorecard for Fury.
I thought Roach was a bit harsh coming from Fury's camp and saying that. I thought Davison did a good job.
It would be a shame if that has ended their working relationship as Davison could learn from an old head like Roach.Comment

Struggling to understand your point here. You think we're all offended? If they dont speak up publicly the public doesnt learn the truth, the real problem is a lot of the public need to harden up .

No-one is offended. No-one doesn't believe him.
I think many just feel that it's out of order for a very experienced trainer to publicly criticise an inexperienced trainer.
Offer advice, mentor. Or is he concerned that the rematch could see him take his record as youngest Heavyweight Champ trainer?Comment
