Yeah Mayweather wants to be the biggest fish in the pond and doesn’t want to pass the torch to the new generation of fighters. As far as his fighters , I think Mayweather wants them to have his mentality as a fighter ( which is rare especially in today’s generation) and if he gives you a opportunity you better take it because if you don’t he doesn’t have time for you and you get put in the back of the line , he doesn’t have time to coddle and listen to excuses why you aren’t going to take a big fight when given a chance

Badou seems to get it and has been rewarded with big fights and given lots of opportunities , Fighters like Bey , Love and to some

Nothing wilder said is incorrect. I actually removed Floyd from Instagram, all he does is promote strip clubs and himself while acting like a child whenever another fighter is in the news. I actually forgot that Floyd even promoted fighters still since he never actively promotes anyone other than himself.

But Floyd’s die hard fans will turn on Wilder now.

I think Adonis had to face his Mando after Badou so I think that’s why there is no rematch , I think both would have preferred it

Regardless, there are four champs at 175 and Jack’s name hasn’t been linked to any of them. There have been talks of unification, other challengers, even Bicol also fighting at 168, and there hasn’t been a peep from Jack’s camp.

Floyd never even said anything bad about Wilder. He just said Fury was winning and Wilder needed to do more than look for 1 shot. Can't exactly say he was wrong.

But this is true that Floyd can't seem to put his own ego aside. He will even downplay his own fighters achievements by talking about what he did in boxing. What kind of way is that to promote your fighters? He also spends more time promoting his strip club than his stable of fighters. Look how many social media followers he has, you would think he would utilise that for his fighters too.

100%, never seen Wilder this vocal after a fight. He knows what happened.

Mayweather made Tank Davis a name and champion, made Badou Jack a champion after getting knocked out, made Ishe Smith a champion, made Mickey Bey a champion, and made his whole stable known off either his name or hatred for him. He promoted bums like Luis Arias and people know who he is because of Floyd. His fighters get promoted and plenty of opportunities.

Floyd is self centered and egotistical though. He does make almost everything about him or the interviewers make it about him.
