Holyfield took 100% more PEDs than Deontay Wilder does.

He was not considered to be a puncher, not compared to rivals such as Bowe, Tyson, Mercer, Lewis, Morrison, Foreman, Moorer, etc.

Ummmm! not exactly. Holy was not a pure puncher. and he was good enough that he could punch and convince people that he was a puncher. When he fought Bowe and lost, he went in as a puncher. When he won, he fought as a boxer puncher.

Holy was just good enough that he could end it with a big punch. But he usually won his fights with activity/work rate and relentless aggression/combinations.

While I don't think he would ever be considered a light hitter, I do think that in today's era his punch would carry more weight so to speak.

That's not what you said before. You said "light hitter." Holyfields power was always respectable. Nobody just walked through his punches and all of his opponents respected his punching power including Tyson who said Holyfield hit hard.

Mercer and Moorer were not above Holyfield as punchers. I don't know where you got that from.
