Not gonna lie that second knockdown was vicious. Wilder has natural fighting skills but he's very good as a boxer.

        Context is important.

I agree the age of Wlad vs Wilder is a factor. I'm not convinced Fury was in better form vs Wlad though. I think he was very focused and determined in his training for the Wilder fight and was in similar form to what he was against Wlad.

Vlad was old, but he clearly wasn't shot. He did have good success against AJ after losing and being out of the ring for more than a year. So lets put this in perspective. Wilder has at least proven that he's a top 3 heavyweight. I personally think Fury is the best of the bunch. He continues to surprise me. AJ and Wilder are interchangeable but i'm interested in seeing all 3 fight each other at some point.

Wlad also left the fight without a scratch on him, whereas Wilder looked like he got attacked by a swarm of bees.

Fury was way more careful vs Wlad and Wlad also didn't get hit as flush as Wilder did...NVM that this Fury was not as good as vs Wlad. Wilder won about the same number of rounds, he just KD'd him like you said. Probably because Fury was taking too many risks and was slower than vs Wlad. Also because Wilders power is better

when wilder knocked him in the 12th fury was bent down with his head out of real range....wilder found it though....its not like fury was standing there straight up with his head out with no gloves covering it....fury was bent down with his head to the side...wilder found it
