Yeah, it certainly happens elsewhere tooThere's an interesting video of the ref's reaction to the knockdown floating around the web.
I'm not a conspiracy theorists but I think it's worth a look. He legitimately steps away, turns and looks to someone, then proceeds to jump on the ground before he starts the count.
It's an interesting video. The Joshua glove tape incident and the Wilder cut check are other examples of strange happenings in the ring.
I suppose in the case of any popular fighter there's going to be people that don't want to fall off the gravy train
There needs to be major reforms in the sport, not just in the amateurs but pro game too
But again, who's going to want to do that when the rematch is going to pay everybody involved handsomelyComment

Some of these so called boxing fans just like to complain so this complaint is right up their alley. as soon as their guy doesn't win or their prediction doesn't pan out the words robbery and corruption start popping up.Comment

They should also review those extra seconds they gave Wilder after the break when Ortiz hurt him. Change ot to a NCThis is silly. What actually needs reviewing is how Tyson was allowed to get up at the count of 11 after being rendered unconscious and even after that taking another 10 seconds until the fight resumed. 21 total seconds from being dropped until the fight started back smh. Kinda reminded me of Tyson vs Douglas.Comment

Like I've been saying, Fury won the fight but it's EXTREMELY difficult to get the decision as a CHALLENGER when the champion knocks you down TWICE.
Name one fight were the challenger was knocked down twice and still won the title by decision with no knock downs of the champion?Comment

There is no need for that because it is a NY concussion protocol. You have to take it up with their athletic commission. There wasn't a conspiracy on that one. Besides the deflection, do you think Tyson should have been waved off?Comment

Lol, really? Ortiz didn't get the same privaledge. And no, Fury beat the count and outboxed Wilder.Comment
