Find it funny folks are arguing with ~5-10 lbs for Wilder, while Fury's weight is unchanged from last "fight" against some 100th ranked dude. Fury's getting KTFO.

I can't recall anyone ever smothering or clinching Wilder excessively. It would be interesting to see how he handles that. I think Furys gonna move as much as he can and whenever he's trapped or too close he's gonna try to clinch and rest all 250lbs on Wilder.

I also noticed Fury likes to duck down to avoid punches sometimes. I can vividly forsee Wilder landing a bomb rabbit punch thats gonna completely put Furys lights out.

All in all I think we're gonna see an absolutely sloppy fight. I don't see Fury landing a lot on Wilder so even if he does survive and goes 12. I won't be shocked to see Wilder get a decision.

The weight won't matter in this fight because Fury is such a shell of himself, but Wilder will get manhandled by Joshua if he comes in around the same weight in that matchup

Stick man will never be heavy because he constantly smokes weed. Fury should of come in 10 pounds lighter. Pick-em odds fight to me.

BTW I don't think there's anything wrong with him coming in light. I just took the "I was lighter 'cause I was sick" thing as an excuse for not looking as dominant in the fight.

Him coming in lighter both times is strategic. They knew in the Ortiz fight that Ortiz would be stalking and they wanted to be able to use the ring and tire him out with quick feet. This time they want to be light on the feet cuz they know they'll be chasing Fury all night or however long it lasts.

I think it could be that they were targeting a lower weight against Ortiz, then went lower than expected because Wilder got sick. Wilder may have had that scary moment but his stamina, movement and speed were on point. It's possible that Wilder liked the way he felt in the ring at a lighter weight, and they feel confident that he will be more successful this time because the weight was reached as a result of training and not being sick.

Firstly, let's assume that Fury is not a shot fighter. That's what Deontay will have to prepare for, what Fury will have to believe and if it's not the case, then everything else is irrelevant.

Strange people saying the weight doesn't matter. It's a multi million dollar fight. They're not surprised by their weights, it's been a planned and measured process. If Wilder is coming in light then it's planned.

Thing is, Wilder hasn't fought a proper big man. You'd assume at that weight he'll be faster... so what? Does it mean he wants to fight on the outside behind his jab?

All well and good, but Fury isn't slow. He can go to Southpaw, which confused the hell out of Wilder when he fought Ortiz. And Fury's also got the height and reach advantage.

Wilder usually has those advantages which is why he can throw bombs. He picks the distance he wants to fight at and smashes jabs and straight rights (followed by windmills).

I think his power is a myth - any heavyweight can throw. It's whether they choose to risk their chin and do it. Without those advantages, I think he'll be forced to step in... where he's facing a man taller and heavier than him. He'll get bullied and leant on.

If Fury is for real, I don't see Wilder with any more than a puncher's chance.

100% spot on. As you say, he'll never be ripped, and especially after losing 10 stone and having a lot of loose skin still. The AJ fanboys make judgements based on comparisons to a bodybuilding body alone which is hilarious.

This will be the first time in a long long time that he's come into camp on weight as well which I think will help massively. Even for the Wlad fight he had to lose 80-90lbs and has had to do that throughout his career.

Can't wait for this fight. Hoping Fury pulls it off.

Losing 90/80 lbs for Wlad is a complete myth he weighed 262 lbs 9 months prior against Hammer. So he would have had to have gained 80 lbs and then lose 90lbs all within 9 months which is obviously unrealistic. Not hating, just pointing this out.
