How does almost getting stopped by ortiz be seen as proof of a solid chin?

it doesn't say all that much about his chin, but it does show his ability to recover and his will to stay in the fight. to come back and win makes it even more impressive...give the guy some credit, he went through a bit of fire and found a way to win.Comment

It's on record Ortiz fought similar bums like wilder. They are both bum beaters.ortiz is a proven puncher. use your eyes. the guy can punch. 25 knockouts in 29 wins, multiple knockdowns and early knockdowns in a lot of fights. again, just use your eyes, tunney. he certainly hits harder than dillian white.
wilder took his gas and didn't get stopped. this is HW, big shots will mess you up. i'm not sold on wilder having an iron chin, but it's not glass or he'd have been out of there.Comment

All I know is that Ortiz from 5 years ago puts Wilder to sleep. The old man was outboxing him easily and had Wilder out on his feet. If Fury can box around Wilder, I think he might take him out late because Wilder's boxing skills are not all that, his power is the equilizer. Fury is the taller man and if he can get some leverage on a solid counter, I can see Wilder going down. Coming in so light comes at an expense, punch resistance.Seems as if people rate his chin now more than ever since he almost got stopped by a fat old cuban. It took him a long time to recover and i remember the ref helped by him some time. And Is ortiz even a proven puncher??? He got Jennings out of there earlier than klitshko because Jennings opened up more. It doesnt mean he hits harder than wlad. Not really fought anyone top class in the pros or shown concussive power. If fury tags him clean on the chin hes hurting him, this guy has been rocked by molina and some bums early on. Dont be shocked if its fury who lands the big shot out of nowhere.....Comment
