the ref bought him time....but that was after wilder already survived the round without leaving his feet wasnt it? wilder made the bell and never left his feet...there was no help from the ref on taht part was there?

and if ortiz is so sick and old like you insist...wouldnt that extra rest actually help ortiz who yall claimed gassed and punched himself out trying to get wilder out? logic would say it would help ortiz as much as wilder since ortiz through the sink at wilder to try to end it

ortiz is a proven puncher. use your eyes. the guy can punch. 25 knockouts in 29 wins, multiple knockdowns and early knockdowns in a lot of fights. again, just use your eyes, tunney. he certainly hits harder than dillian white.

wilder took his gas and didn't get stopped. this is HW, big shots will mess you up. i'm not sold on wilder having an iron chin, but it's not glass or he'd have been out of there.

        Wilder is chinny.

He got caught flush once by Ortiz and was on ***** street and got help from the ref. He also got chinned in the amateurs and his legs went completely, which is the worst sign. Anyone can be knocked down, but the ones that can take a shot get up and have their legs under them. Wilder's legs go and you can't fix that. All fighters that used to get stopped in the amateurs and had jelly legs eventually got that treatment in the pro's too once they got in with a fighter capable of doing it. Khan is a prime example. You just cannot train and fix that.

He'll get stopped by Fury tomorrow, his legs will go and then everyone will use the excuse that he's chinny again.

Ortiz couldn't even knock out Malik Scott. Even Chisora did that.

Ortiz knocked Jennings out well, but there's really no other evidence that he can stop fighters of a good level.

Anybody can hurt and stop anybody with a good shot among the top heavyweights. It’s huge strong men throwing bombs. Why is this even a thread?

Is Ortiz power really in question? A few knock his resume but if we are honest he's destroying the same competition all these supposed killers aren't.
Nobody has done that too Jennings, Allen etc

and FFS you should be able to look at fights and fighters and just tell who hits hard. these losers spend all day on bscene displaying fear, sucking off eddie hearn, you would think they would actually watch boxing.

on what planet is luis ortiz not a puncher? i mean really, when is the 245 lb cuban with 25 knockouts in 29 wins who has 8 knockdowns, [including several in round 1,] in his last 6 fights not a puncher?

Hes knocking out bums at low level like plenty of fighters do. Most of his shots were bouncing off dave allen who people expected him to ko in a round.

His knockout of takam was as impressive a shot as anything ortiz has ever done.
