    I'm American.

I was hopeful about this new platform & still am. I think too many people wanna make something a W or L far too soon in its start. To me DAZN is on a 8 year journey right now & I'm not gonna be too rough on them about ultimately winning or losing til we are a couple years in or I hope to keep to that stance anyway.

The signings were overall a disappointment. But I was kinda expecting it to be overall a disappointment even if there were big words spoken cuz I knew Haymon helps fighters in ways Hearn or DAZN would ever do & that kinda loyalty isn't going to be easily parted when cats are getting soft drink & beer money at their fights on top of all that.

I do feel like that Canelo pickup for DAZN was huge doe. And the signing of GBP's roster which has some promising guys on it that could be the big draws in boxing in another 2-3 years.

I will admit my initial attraction was the WBSS tournament being a part of DAZN's product & if DAZN can keep that tournament on their platform & put some more money into it in upcoming years that might be the best thing DAZN has going for it.

Some issues I got with DAZN is while I appreciate them showing the full card I think they are wasting far too much time & spending too much time doing all this extra sh^t on fight day to get people attached to specific names. It woldn't be so bad if it was a lil 5 minute thing for non-main event fights or 10-15mins for the main event like HBO Boxing would often do. The thing is DAZN is taking a half hour plus after almost every fight to show me this extra sh^t. I just wanna see the fights on Saturday. I don't need a history lesson on Dave Allen, a journeyman UK HW, of all people.

Thats not to say I don't wanna see extra sh^t. Cuz I definitely do. I'd be watching the sh^t outta this stuff & loving every minute of it if it was released on fight week to hype up specific guys, fights & rivalry's prior to Saturday. When its released on Saturday in between every fight I'm so annoyed I barely wanna watch the card anymore. Just show me the f#cking fights DAZN. Do the extra sh^t on Monday thru Friday.

Love all things WBSS related. The first round is always the least exciting round doe I think everyone realizes that doe.

Joshua vs Povetkin - 22nd Sept
Entertaining for the main event. Legit don't remember any other fight on that card now doe.

Worlds Collide - 6th Oct (Vargas Dulorme, Miller Adamek, Bebertiev Johnson, Roman Mcdonnel
Fun fights, but not much window shopping appeal.

Ritson Vs Patera - 13th Oct
Zero f#cks to give on this card.

Andrade vs kautonkwa - 20th Oct (originally Billy Joe Saunders)
Was hyped for this fight til BJS got into his lil situation. Uneventful card although I did think Farmer, who I dog alot, stole the show.

Ryder vs Sirvotkin - 27th Oct
No f#cks to give about this one.

Usyk vs Bellew - 10th November
Biggest fight they've had thus far as I see it.

Miller vs Dinu - 17th November
Overall a sh^t show, but some fun lil fights.

Monte Carlo event - 24th November
Didn't even watch this one cuz it sounded like a sh^tshow.

        Scheduled:

Turch vs Conquest (Italy) - 1st December
Brook vs Zefara - 8th December
Canelo vs Fielding - 15th December
Whyte va Chisora - 22nd December

        Confirmed boxing:
World Boxing Super Series 2 and 3
Not many f#cks to give on their December. Whyte vs Chisora II might be the most interesting fights & thats only cuz Whyte underperformed or Del Boy overperformed for their first fight.

I am super excited to see how the WBSS tournament plays out this year. And I'm looking forward to season 3. I'm really hoping DAZN will make the WBSS some crazy 10 year offer or something like that after season 3 cuz I feel like the WBSS is one of the best things happening in pro boxing these days.

Yea I think GBP will do better with getting fans amped then Matchroom has. If DAZN is smart it wouldn't be a bad deal to just give Hearn all the non-US parts of DAZN & have GBP be the main player on the US side. Thats how I feel like its gonna end up anyway cuz Oscar knows what people in the US want better than Eddie.

I prefer volume over waiting years for potential mega fights.

PBC is starting to recycle fighters, especially since Thurman has been a no show.

If you add the WBSS tourney, DAZN is having a ton of B-B+ level cards. I have to favor it over the other ones right now. I think GGG will sign with DAZN, in that case the sheer star power will be hard to compete against.

DAZN actually looks like the real deal. I mean, fighter after fighter just keep signing with them. I was abit shocked when Canelo signed, not sure why. $$$$$$$$$$$

Where is their butt loads of cash coming from?

Wasn't going to sub just for match-room. When they got the WBSS I was on the fence because I love the concept and want it to continue.

Once Canelo and GBP came on board I thought it was a no-brainer for $10 a month including all the fights and promoters on board.

                  Easy decision really.

A handful of Matchroom matches on demand. Nothing that’s worth the subscription price for. Biggest one is AJ/Wlad.
